For the last couple of months I’ve been on a huge subway kick and this shop is my favorite! The manager is so great- so personable as is the staff. Always generous with the veggies when I ask for extras (and I always do lol). I’d recommend this shop over any of the other QC and STV locations. 💜
Just went in for a sandwich and encountered the ugliest attitude from this girl worker. Happened 7/23 at 1:40 ish. No greeting, and was nice to her all throughout. Got terrible customer service and short answers. Looked miserable while making my sandwich. Manners are not hard. 👎
Abby and Justise help me today I’m non verbal
WOW AS A PRIOR GM OF A FEW DIFFERENT RESTAURANTS I MUST SAY ABBY & JUSTISE DID GREAT. THEY NEED A RAISE. I CAME IN TODAY WITH MY NON VERBAL CLIENT AND THEY WERE BOTH SO PATIENT WITH US, AND WAITED TILL I CONFIRMED EVERYTHING FOR MY CLIENTS FOOD.
