Some of the staff members are rude
This was supposed to be a double meat roast beef foot long. I got one slice of meat across both halves. Genuinely robbed, only reason i didn't go back was bc I'd alr driven home.
You have to order from a kiosk like most other places are switching to so I get that, but what is terrible is the speed of which they work. Ive been to many subways and they only have 2 people max. This place had 4 people in there working and it took 30 minutes just to receive the food. They then say that the toaster is broken but they could still heat the meats in the microwave. Well I order a hot sandwich and I get it cold 30 minutes later. I feel bad for the college kids thay have to deal with this.
The kiosks are not helpful! They added items I did not ask for. The employees also told the customer in front of me after he placed his order that they did not have what he ordered in stock.
