Literally dropped my drink right outside their door today on total accident and they made me pay for another one and laughed as they said they felt “so bad”. I work in customer and that would’ve been me handing them another cup and definitely not charging them for it. Like what? I feel that’s basic customer service.

Everyone was so nice that was working!
Great bunch of people. Had an order error from a few days ago that was easily corrected and they went out of their way to make it right.
