Need new workers there workers are shit an hour wait just for food pathetic 🤣
In my last 2 visits I have received a burnt sub and rude service. When I suggested the burnt sub was too burnt the young server scraped some burn off and said 'That will do'. On the most recent visit the cashier firstly didn't know how to add points to my Subway app, then charged me for a large salad and looked disbelievingly at me when I corrected her, then short changed me by $1. Ordered online, came in to pick up only to find they hadn’t started my order despite no customers. Went home only to find several things wrong wrong with my order. Told after the fact they didn’t have the ingredients but didn’t bother telling me! Wasn’t toasted either, despite me even clarifying if it was! Rating is 3 stars instead of 1 because manager was very apologetic and fixed the meal and added extras. A little customer service goes a long way!
