Ordered from here and got the worst food we have ever eaten. Asked for toasted garlic and cheese bread. And it had obviously just been microwaved as bread was still fresh and cheese barely melted. Our quesadilla was not toasted and was cold and wrapped was stale and disgusting. And our sub hadn’t been toasted but they claimed to have done it. Blake and the team at Windsor Parade subby are nothing less than awesome! They’re so kind and treat their customers as family. The ingredients there are consistently fresh and their sandwiches are always made with so much love! Thank you all
the bread was almost soggy? like it was undercooked. it was also cut super unevenly and so it didn’t toast properly. it tasted so off. it was also $11.25 for a 6 inch with no add ons. there was one singular piece of cheese on the top of the Italian herb and cheese bread. service was so incredibly mid and they did so many things poorly and slowly. none of them were wearing the correct uniform either, particularly concerning was the total lack of any coverings on hair. all the tables were dirty too so had to sit elsewhere.
Walked in tonight to purchase a sub for my daughter and walked straight back to my car. This place was a disgrace, absolutely filthy. The floors were dirty and the food prep area looked like a war zone. The tables and chairs were all chipped and damaged. Drove down to the subway on cobra st and the contrast was incredible. Clean floors and immaculate food prep area. Lesson learnt.
