July 25th, 2026, around 8pm. Got subway, the lady was so sweet and made our sandwiches gorgeously, but the guy was not interested in customers servicing or helping make the sandwiches. She did amazingly I just don’t find it fair that our tip that we wanted to fully go to her went to both of them even tho he did absolutely nothing but stand there and didn’t think about helping. Horrible service, employees were talking bad about management in front of customers. Employees rolled their eyes at guests when asked simple questions. Slow service, sad atmosphere. My food was covered in mustard which, I didn’t even ask for on my sandwich. They used a dirty used paper to wrap my food in.
Atmosphere : Depressing & Unwelcoming. How am I a Customer saying "hello" when entering and not one of them said anything. Atmosphere and Service = Rude Service : Esperanda & Crystal. Service from 2 Customer Service was real bad attitude and threatening to not service after payment on line very disappointing and unprofessional service very bad do not go there its all unprofessional service only 1 real nice young lady, the rest are really bad and put old brown lettuce on my mom’s sandwich so sad could make my mom sick she is an elderly lady with health issues and she put old brown lettuce is so wrong!!
