Sandwich ok. Rude service. Older woman was pissed for me asking for pepperoni, after asking for it being toasted.
We had a great lunch experience here - it was very busy (Sunday, noon) but the line moved VERY fast. The gals working were so nice and polite (and patient with the foreign tourist in front of me). Too bad that the restroom is so busy with people NOT buying anything, that the line was too long for me to wait.
So basically this place turns away people who are honest and outright about their opinions of wrong orders and damaged products. Their staff and head managers are illiterate, impolite, non-understanding, arrogant, and bunch of crappy people who think they are doing everything right, BUT they are actually not delivering the best food which they used to before. Their customer service SUCKS!

The staff and service were really kind and good. I saw a few reviews mentioning that the process was slow, so I was worried. But it was actually faster and smoother than anywhere else.
