Girls here where friendly until it came time to order. The girl making my sandwich was dropping things. Neither girl smiled and both had very heavy accents (not a problem) when I had to have them repeat their questions they seemed irritated. I stopped by Subway around 9 PM and had a great experience! I was greeted by Sam, Robiann, and Ca’halia, and all three were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. They had great attitudes, were attentive, and made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. It’s not often you get such a warm and positive experience during a late-night visit, so I really appreciated their energy and professionalism. Great customer service all around—I’ll definitely be coming back!
The service was fast, the customer service was friendly and the food was better than I expected, I love the cookies and definitely coming back!!!
Lovely and amusing serving staff 🫶
I was in at 9:30 on a Friday night. There were 2 employees working and the male was in the back saying some really explicit things on his phone while the girl Up front was trying her best to keep up with the customers. Its Super unprofessional to be in the back talking like that while your working the food and her service was fine but his was unacceptable.
