I’ve had a disappointing experience at this location, particularly with one of the staff members (a female employee) who seems to treat Indian customers differently than others. On more than one occasion, I’ve noticed her being impatient, dismissive, and visibly unhappy when we ask for simple customizations or corrections to our order. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with the same level of courtesy and professionalism as anyone else, regardless of our background. Worst subway experience.I visited last night, and I had an issue with how my sub was prepared. I specifically asked for my sandwich to be cooked properly, but unfortunately, it was taken out of the oven halfway through. The result was that the bread wasn't as crisp and the cheese wasn't melted properly. I was disappointed with how it turned out, especially since I clearly mentioned how I wanted it cooked.

Worst Subway ever, music so loud they can’t understand a word I say. Food is completely cold, I got 2 subs and have both workers asking me at the same time what I want on each one
