Had to wait 15 minutes for everything to turn on and warm up even though they had been open for 25 minutes already. And then the meatballs were dried out and rock hard as if they were old and over cooked. I had 2 bites and chucked it out.
Horrible service rude staff tried to fraudulently deceive me. Also the lack of English skills are not helping.
Today I attended this subway, I was up charged on extras I did not ask for such as extra meat. When I paid an absorbent amount for essentially just a ham sub was 21+ $ I did not notice until after I tapped my card, I then stated I did not want to sub as they had added extras I did not ask for nor was told off. They spent 10+ mins on the phone to a manger speaking another language and refused my refund, despite not wanting the food and telling them to stop making it.
