I don’t like how you made my sandwich
I placed an online order, and unfortunately every sandwich was made incorrectly. All four of the sandwiches were supposed to be toasted, but none of them were. Two sandwiches were supposed to have shredded cheese and had none at all, and two were supposed to have pepper jack but were made with American cheese instead. I called the store to see what could be done, and instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was told, “It’s not wrong, I made it myself.
