This Subway stole $5 from me. Today, through the Subway app, I ordered dinner for the family: 5x footlong subs, a box of cookies, and a footlong cookie (cost $5). When I picked up my order, the employee says they no longer serve footlong cookies, but he can't give me a refund. He says i have to get the refund through the app. When I ask to substitute another box of cookies ($4.19), he says he cannot because it will harm his inventory. First time going into this Particular Subway on South Nevada. The Gentlemen in there was polite, friendly, place was clean, it was quiet, he served me quickly and even convinced me to buy a six pack of cookies,(No He didn't as I Didn't Need any Convincing, 🫣🤫 Unfortunately 🤐 ) I bought the Chicken/ Bacon, Ranch on Wheat 🥖 with Spinach🥗 ,G.Peppers 🥗, Onions, Pepper Jack cheese 🧀
