Very disappointing experience. I went in with an online order. I let the staff know I’m here and happy to wait as I sat down. The 2 girls start whispering to each other then go back to what they are doing. I notice I have the wrong store after 10 minutes. I proceeded to ask them “hey is this the correct store”. The girl says “no we didn’t get any online order” Instead of telling me they made me wait until I said something. Poor customer service.
Went just now. Like 20 minutes before closing to just get an order we made online. They closed the store already even if it says they close at 10pm. It’s okay to just explain to us that they are already closed but omg they just pretended like we don’t exist. 😂😂😂
