Staff was lovely!!
I live nearby and have probably spent $1000s of dollars here over the years. I used the Subway app to order at 8:20pm after checking that the store doesn't close until 9pm. Order 4x Subs and sides for the kids with no drama, order is confirmed, get the confirmation email, and designated pickup time of 8:45pm. I get there at 8:45pm exactly. Store is locked with staff inside. I knock on the door and the junior staff member says they're closed and didn't receive any app orders. Ordered some subway platters for my birthday and absolutely loved them. Very delicious, fresh ingredients and easy to serve for large groups. Definitely recommend.
