The lady was very rude to my kid and me and touched food without gloves on

North Dixon subway today was the worst customer service i have ever experienced ..They didn't honor the coupon I had .The manager Katie is rude and disrespectful.when I called to talk to her about it she hung up on me. My wife sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, had to call the Subway to even get "service", and I use the term loosely. She was treated very rudely by the manager and ended up not even able to order. Go anywhere else but here!
I have never had a bad experience here until today. I went to the drive thru and Lydia was so flipping rude to me. She doesn't have good customer services skills at all. That's ok....I treated her the same way back. She didn't like it so refused to have my sandwich made. Someone else made the sandwich instead. I didn't get her name but she was very nice. Lydia can piss off.
