The cashier pre-selected a tip then handed me the credit card machine without giving clear instructions on how to cancel it and I was forced into giving a tip!
I’m not one to ever complain, so this is a genuine poor experience. I sat in the drive thru for 16 minutes as the only vehicle at 1pm on a Monday, before they ever took my order.
