Their app could use a lot of work. Very frustrating
If I could do negative stats I would. My salad has no lettuce, nothing. Half the bowl has anything. My kids footlong fell apart and no filling in it. Employee didn’t care and told ppl to wait 30 min so they walked out.
Disappointing Online Order Experience I’m not sure what the point of ordering online and prepaying is if I still have to wait until the line of every other in-store customer ordering their sandwich 1 ingredient at a time is served before I can take my food that was ready before i walked in the door. Their app is not even trying to authorize payments. When I called to do a pickup order the gal said to uninstall the app and reinstall and if that doesn't work she said to call back and they would take my order. When I called back cause the app is still broken, it took me calling 3 times before they would answer the phone and the guy who answered refused to allow me to order over the phone.
