staff very poor service
I am semi truck driver & today visited in between 18:10 to 18:20 on dated today 12/17/2025 and here buying subway from lot of years.I have never complaint about subway staff from lot of year because subway staff was good specially one girl name is curl who left or fired but now was new staff .. staff was satisfactory but today one new staff member name Gorge who not properly communicating with me politely and his eyes and speaking since also not politely and he also overcharged on my bill . Absolutely disgusting, when my sister was biting into her sandwich she found a hair the restaurants in this gas station should really improve their customer service.
There’s a young lady by the name of ANNABEL that I can see already has bad reviews concerning customer service. I’ve never been treated so bad, she was absolutely RUDE in every way possible. From ordering to handing me the most disgusting sandwich ever, if I asked her for something she looked so upset and was completely rude about it. This is completely unacceptable. I don’t know how long I stood waiting for service but it was well over 10 mins. Eventually it was a big line. I’m waiting as I speak and still haven’t seen a single person address a customer. I’m so annoyed I decided to write my first good review. This is it. Bull:
