Absolutely disgusting, when my sister was biting into her sandwich she found a hair the restaurants in this gas station should really improve their customer service.
There’s a young lady by the name of ANNABEL that I can see already has bad reviews concerning customer service. I’ve never been treated so bad, she was absolutely RUDE in every way possible. From ordering to handing me the most disgusting sandwich ever, if I asked her for something she looked so upset and was completely rude about it. This is completely unacceptable. I don’t know how long I stood waiting for service but it was well over 10 mins. Eventually it was a big line. I’m waiting as I speak and still haven’t seen a single person address a customer. I’m so annoyed I decided to write my first good review. This is it. Bull:
I was in line and this young girl named Annabell i think i could barely read her name tag to start off, she was being absurdly rude to the customer in front of me who asked for a veggie patty I believe and giving him a lot of attitude because he had a strong accent. You know how in TV shows, there will be some goth chick at the counter chewing gum and treats you like you are the worst part of her day? That is exactly the kind of service we got. Only in TV shows the chick is somewhat attractive lol Then "Miranda" who's attitude was the same, does not know how to apply anything to a sub properly, why would I ask for a sauce on my sub, and you assume I only wanted it on half of it?
