Long story short, I'm tired of customer service positions being filled with people not interested in customer service. There is a second Subway in the gas station in the same plaza. I realize it is the same owner, but seriously. Do better.
I came in a couple days ago around 7:30pm there was two females working behind the counter named Dixie and Emica they took my order, and was very kind also understanding when I wasn’t sure what I wanted she told me to take my time even gave me options she worked very fast and made sure I had a nice time there from the moment I entered the doors. It was very clean and a nice environment 10/10 will come back.
Older white women (no name tag) Poor customer service. Rude. Made to feel uncomfortable as if I was bothering her because I wanted subway today. Displayed irritability because of her lack of familiarity with the new menu items.
Wow 3th location and this the same shit with the employee it seems that they just want to be doing this kind of work . They are mean an disrespectful. Subway needs new employees or close there location.
