The older Filipino male staff member who served me was very rude and unprofessional. When I requested a simple change to my order, he responded in a disrespectful manner and told me not to do that again, which was inappropriate. I have noticed similar behavior from this staff member over a long period of time. This reflects poorly on customer service standards, and I hope management addresses this issue.
They messed up applying the daily deal to the receipt and wouldn't fix it.
