Ordered a footlong to go using the app. I requested it be TOASTED and it clearly said so on the order and receipt, but the young 20-something guy at the counter paid no attention to it, wrapped it and bagged it, even as I said to him it was to be toasted. He had a look like he could care less. The place was NOT busy, so there was no excuse.
