They can't take phone orders play for you to drive and download an app and order online yet they can't take a phone order absolutely absurd I pull in 6 mins after I placed the call one person is in the line manager is hiding out back and one lil girl is the only one making sandwiches and ringing customers up absolutely unprofessional and pathetic
Walked in and there was one lady and her son paying for their order. The subway employee never acknowledged that was there or the 2 people that walked in behind me while she made 3 sandwiches for a to go order. 12 minutes later she starts my sandwich and walks away to have the other employee who was sitting out back finish my sandwich. She gets the meat on and goes to the next customer who says, “I have 2 sandwiches, go ahead and finish his first”. $14.03 for a foot long, no chips, no drink. Ps the lettuce was brown. A store full of attitude , ignorance and mumble on your face . The only way not to make staff unhappy is just saying yes to everything they say even they’re doing it wrong . They seems to like quiet place because as soon as they hear yeh door dings they start rolling eyes .
The owner's decided they're not going to take Subway coupons. But they don't tell you that until you get up to the register when your sandwiches already made. Don't run a Subway if you don't want to play by the subway rules. One star. Also way overpriced for subpar food.
