What an unbelievable experience. I stopped by around 10:00 to grab a hot dog, but none were prepared. I then asked for soup, only to be told it wasn’t available either. Next, I asked for a white chocolate chip cookie, and there weren’t enough of those either. It’s disappointing to see so many advertised menu items unavailable. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The customer service was poor, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. I felt ignored and was not treated respectfully during my visit. A friendly attitude and better communication would make a big difference. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the overall customer experience.
