Super friendly workers. They've called me before to check up on an order to make sure it's correct. Never mess up the orders, and they are ready quickly.
The real issues were the atmosphere and food. Management has replaced the glass that showed the state of meat and cheese with opaque metal instead. Now, no one can see how good or bad the food is, let alone if anything's being handled poorly. The one taking my order picked up a piece of jalapeño that was dropped with the same hands she used to make my sandwich. When asked to change gloves, they grumbled and tried to argue.
