The staff at this subway is amazing. They are super friendly and helpful. My sandwich was amazing as well.
Nicole!!! Up here doing Everything herself! There’s a line 15 people deep, she has NO HELP and she’s hustling, moving, baking—-And STILL telling people to have a blessed day. She definitely isn’t supposed to be up here by herself (if she is then subway should be ashamed) She is amazing and an asset to this store.
I should have done this review months back, the two ladies that work the day shift are very hard workers. Sometimes a crowd comes in but they keep there nose to the grind. They greet you when you come in, they know me and I'm sure if your a regular they know you also. The food is always the best quality and service, honestly I wish I had a restaurant, I would hire these ladies to run my store front (alongside my wife who works at another restaurant in town) there just that good. Wife made an online order. I got the footlong cold cut. It had 1 piece of bologna across the sandwich. No other meat. I called the store and no manager there. The guy said he will have to text the manager and I gave him my number so the manager could call me back. He called me back and said they were sorry for the mistake. I ask for a refund he said they can’t do that. Then I ask if they were gona remake the sandwich to make it right, he said no. So, I guess it’s like, sorry we messed up you order, deal with it.
