For the third time in a few months I just walked out of this store before getting my food. Whoever owns this franchise clearly knows nothing about running a fast food business. I feel bad for the poor employees who have to try to serve the customers while being criminally understaffed. While I was waiting another customer came in and said she’d been waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no response.
Keep trying to come back. Mistake. Old bread. Old lettuce. Drink machine not working properly. No ice. No napkins. Not clean. This store needs a compete revamp.
Cobwebs... everywhere, place looked almost abandoned. Me and my friends had to wait 25 minutes for 6 sandwiches. Out of every bread besides wheat which isn't a big deal. Overall just a bad experience
The gentleman working tonight 9/5/26 8:30pm provide excellent customer service, also made the best sandwich I have ever had at a subway! Thank you sir, great customer service and food made with care is hard to come by lately!
