Matt is our favorite sandwich maker ! He is new but he listens, hes polite and he makes the most delish sandwiches . We quit going for years because the food was horrible and the attitudes were horrible. We went in yesterday and he made our sandwiches so good we came back again today! We will be back because Matt is absolutely amazing ! Hes kind , hes cheerful and he makes the world's best sandwiches. He is the friendliest person you have in this location. Very understaffed. Had to wait pretty long and there was only one other person other than me in the store but the employee was just on her phone calling someone. I didn't bother waiting any longer and left. Seriously should hire better people. 🫤
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in and they didn’t even acknowledge me. The environment was disgusting and you can tell the ingredients were not fresh. Very dissatisfied with my visit and will not be returning.
Online order. At pick up the manager (?) was getting after employees about not reading and following special instructions, when she didn't either. She unwrapped and quartered the sandwich per instruction and then bagged it with the hot sandwich which I requested they be kept separate, also on the receipt notes.
