I placed an order through their website and paid online. I did not get a confirmation email. I showed up and they said there was no online order. I ended up having to pay twice. I'd advise not to pre-order through the website. Use a different platform like Skip or Uber

I placed an online order for a Footlong sub, and while the ordering process was easy, I was supposed to receive a free onion rings offer as part of the promotion. After placing the order, I asked the staff if they could honor the offer, but the person I spoke with seemed unsure about it and simply said she couldn’t help. I would kindly request that staff be better informed about ongoing online offers and ensure they are honored when applicable. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a pleasant experience.
