Today is 1/30/26 at 3pm. I just had my sandwich here. The older Latina lady working at this place was very racist and behaved unprofessionally. She was visibly angry, arguing, raising her voice, sighing loudly, and getting annoyed by anything—even by any request to add something extra to the sandwich. She even said out loud, ‘Oh God, give me patience, I need strength to be here,’ in a very disrespectful way. She doesn't want to serve!!!!!!

Standard subway experience, but the staff was great. They joke around with the regulars and you can tell the staff gets support from management as well. Very fun, 10/10

I come here almost everyday! Their sandwiches are always great and most the staff there are super friendly! I have been reading the comments and some of them I was physically there and saw what actually happened. These women work hard and do their best! If they cant make a sandwich because they’re out of bread after 8 pm it’s because it is subway’s rules as a brand! People need to be more understanding. Their whole thing is FRESH BAKED BREAD. Decent Subway experience. The sandwich ingredients looked fresh. The sitting area was clean and had cute Christmas decor. Service was fine, but nothing exceptional.

Incorrect order, came back, and the red haired kid refused to make me a correct sandwich. I asked to speak with someone else, at which point the owner came out from the back raising her voice and pointing at her oven wondering why I can’t see they are out of bread. Her solution was to come back the next day. I do my best to support local business owners, but I will be doing everything I can to make sure people know how horrible this owner is.
