09/29/25 Lunch By far the worst customer service and food quality. Manager on duty refused to provide name. Online order was placed although the order was ready 35 minutes after. Don’t pay for the extra protein! You will get less portion. Avoid this subway at all costs.
Don’t expect to get what you order and expect your salad to be soggy because they don’t put the dressing on the side. I ordered a turkey salad, no green bell peppers. I got a salad, loads of green bell peppers and NO TURKEY!! Thanks for barely edible.
I tried their pizza - it is personal size. It was so so good! I had her cook it twice because I like crispy/crunchy. But it’s the bomb. Tinkerbell is always peppy and professional. She tells you all the deals and menu changes. There were people coming in asking for her. 1 lady walked out because she wasn’t on shift!
I picked up a sandwich during my work break, asking for two sauces, but when I got it, there was barely one sauce—and most of the sandwich was dry. I called the store to address the issue, and initially, they denied it. I then sent photos clearly showing the problem, but the staff member continued to insist I bring the sandwich back, despite me explaining that I was at work and couldn’t.
