Very annoyed as I just came in on 10/6/2025, I placed the order at 6:20 PM and my order was supposed to be ready at 6:40, I got there a little early so just sat in my car and watched at other in person customers who came after 6:20 were prioritized over me, my order ended up not being ready until 6:55, and on top of that they were out of 3 items that I wanted… steak and 2 of the cookies. Had to substitute for something else. On top of that one of the sandwiches was a half size even though I had ordered a footlong…. And then ... read more
Ordered a foot long chocolate chip cookie online. We didn't receive it so we drove back to get it and was told they were discontinued. I was charged for it. I talked to a manager? I think? He said he would look up my transaction and issue a refund for that item. That was a month or more ago..still no refund.
We walked in with our Subway refill cups and the girl working said we don't refill cups. So we left and never went back.
