GM NEEDS TO BE FIRED! Ordered 2 sandwiches. One of them being a footlong on flat bread. When we received it the sandwich was rolled up and the size of the six inch with the amount of toppings of a 6 inch. Asked for a redelivery for the sandwich and called to make sure they didn’t right. Arrived the same. Was informed by employee that the GM is instructing them to roll the flatbread footlong sandwiches up that way. REPORTED THE STORE
There were 4 fruit flies in my sandwich🤢 as well as black floaties in my drink not to mention the lady who was working was very rude
Placed an online order requesting avocado, which is $2 additional charge. It is clearly on the receipt. We did not receive the avocado. Called requesting a refund, because really, $2 is expensive for avocado that we didn't even get. These 2 stars is not for the employee who mistakenly forgot avocado, things happen. The 2 stars is for the fact that they do not schedule an employee with the authority to refund and correct mistakes like these during all open hours.
