The gentleman who prepared my order was really nice and the food turned out awesome
While I stop at this Subway at least once a week, todays food sucked. I asked for reg amount of pepper, and i think they took the top off and dumped the whole bottle on my sandwich. It had to be tossed out . To dam hot to eat.
If I could put 0 stars I would. I have gone to this subway 5+ times in a row and they still can’t seem to understand what toasting a sandwich means. I repeat it multiple times and tell them every time they forgot to do it last time. Then they tell me they will make sure it gets done and it never is. They seem to be incompetent of doing so you may either need to retrain your employees or replace them.
Used the mobile app to order. This is the second time they drenched my sandwich in mayo when the receipt clearly doesn't say to add may, it was removed during customization. Definitely needs staff that can read and pay attention to detail... I'm allergic to mayo.
