Went in just now on a Thursday morning 920 am, was going to buy a sub for my lunch. Unfortunately I did not buy one. The young lad was in the back banging around whatever, you can't see though the wall, he came out asked what I would like,as he grabbed paper towel to wipe his hands, I said you never washed your hands, you never turned the tap on and no water on the dry paper towel. I have no idea what he handled before he came out front.
The chicken is always chewy, I get Sweet onion chicken teriyaki and there is barely any sauce on the chicken. I've had to start avoiding it entirely. 2 years update... the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki is still lacking sauce, I would argue there is barely any at all now. The chicken is still chewy, it's something I do not order at all anymore, just given up entirely. I believe that the chicken may be left out or old.
