I ordered 3 foot longs today. 1 was supposed to be toasted but instead of just toasting the bread he toasted the tuna and cheese in the bread. Si much for the toasted bread...then he put the wrong dressing on this sub. I don't know whether he just didn't hear me or was preoccupied. The bread on all subs was stale. Crumbly when eating. What a negative 35.00 experience..sorry I didn't have coupons
I always get the Italian BMT on the Italian herbs and cheese bread, I always get the same thing and then I request to have it cut in quarters, so I can eat it while I'm driving
I visit at least a couple times a month and the food is always consistent and delicious. Customer service is great! I have ordered online and in store and never had a problem.
