If you actually want to receive what you ordered, avoid this place entirely. Constantly have to over-order just to TRY and get something worth what you’ve paid or what it’s supposed to be based on the menu, and even still it seems like the staff looks at the order but then intentionally makes something else. If you physically go in, staff is unpleasant and always arguing about who has to serve the next customer. Cannot believe this location gets any repeat customers, go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration
My mother had ordered from them earlier had a whole problem with the app and never got the order after the money was already taken. We called the first time and the first girl who answered the phone incredibly sweet and was very nice. Second time we had to call got some rude guy who had a very rude tone and just a bad attitude and I did not appreciate that at all. Definitely not a great experience.
The subs are always on point.The bread is always soft
Now I see why nobody goes to this particular Subway store. If I could put a negative star on here I definitely would have. I understand you charge extra for meat that's fine, but when your customers tells you one sub is a BLT with extra meat and you ring it up as a CHICKEN STRIPS SUB to purposely make it more expensive because you don't know how to do your dam job right & you thinking its funny but your manager is standing right there which you could ask him for help.
