I went there after reading some of the reviews and thinking some people were dramatic. I watched as the person infront of me ordered and a young girl made his sandwich. She was wearing a long sleeve shirt with flared sleeves and they badly rolled up. So as she made his sandwich her sleeves were rubbing in his sandwich and any ingredients her hands passed over. Can’t pick up the phone when called with order issues. 30% of the time food is made incorrectly and staff have a nasty attitude!
Used to come here every week. Used the app to make an order, but it double ordered one sandwich, then when I got there (I was outside using the app) and told the guy hey, the app made a mistake, I was told to wait, even though I told him I placed an app order that was wrong. The guy then hands me the order, still wrong. I tell him that only one of those was supposed to be ordered, the other was supposed to be different.
