Used to come here every week. Used the app to make an order, but it double ordered one sandwich, then when I got there (I was outside using the app) and told the guy hey, the app made a mistake, I was told to wait, even though I told him I placed an app order that was wrong. The guy then hands me the order, still wrong. I tell him that only one of those was supposed to be ordered, the other was supposed to be different. Went to order tonight on 7/5. Received terrible service. The staff had me waiting with no one in the restaurant. The staff then didn’t wash their hands and refused to change their gloves after touching the register. Would not recommend.
Don't bother..go to literally any other location. I order Subway three times a week on average and usually have no problems. Today they put mayo on my sandwich which I will not eat so after picking up my to go order, I went back in and very politely went in and asked if there was any possible way they could make me the sandwich without mayo because I wasn't going to eat it. My wife and I come here several times a month, sometimes multiple times a week. The food is almost always perfect (had some kinda stale bread once a few months ago, but that's it), and the service is fast.
