Baljinder, in particular, was beyond rude — their attitude was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I am shocked that Subway would hire people who behave this way toward customers. Employees like this damage the company’s reputation and drive customers away.

Terrible customer service! Baljinder refused to explain the Subway offer properly and was extremely rude the entire time. It felt like she didn’t want to help at all. Very disappointing experience.
