Worst customer service ever!! Girl who claims to be a manager is completely out of her league. She knows nothing about managing a restaurant and is absolutely uneducated regarding customer service. Not only was delivery order screwed up, but she said that Door Dash is the place to rectify the problem. Total stupidity! Door dash didn't fill the order! Do NOT order a salad at Subway. They don't provide a knife to cut veggies that are meant to be in a sandwich. Everything is long and big and trying to get the food in your mouth is not a fun adventure.
We've used this location twice for online takeout orders and they didn't get the sandwiches right either time. Most recent order today very clearly stated in the special instructions to please put ALL sauces on the side for both sandwiches. When we picked up the order we asked to verify they did that and were told by a gal "I'm sorry I totally missed the special instructions on the order", and offered us extra sauce on the side. They don't know how to make sandwiches past 9pm or if you do an online order. I ordered several different sauces on my sandwich, and it came with double cheese and Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese, do you see that? No, they made it so crappy and dry since they didn't even put mayonnaise on it that I almost choked on it. I ordered it toasted and got it stone cold, I was missing cheese sauce for the pretzels too.
