When we entered the employee walked up to us behind the counter but didn't say a word. We awkwardly ordered and he didn't say a word until asking which kind of cheese we wanted. He moved extremely slow and was rude the entire time. Awkwardly terrible service.

Store was closed at 9.14pm even though it says closes at 9.30pm !!!!
2/16/20 today this guy was terrible let me tell you. So this young guy was working solo and looked to be very high. His fly was down and it literally took him 20 min to make 2 sandwiches. This is what I ordered vs what he made me. I asked for white, got wheat...asked for cold cuts (bologna) got half and the rest turkey, asked for pepper got salt....seriously! I went here around 6pm on December 31st and I took my sandwich home but the bread was very soggy and seemed like it was out for 3 days or so. It wasn't fresh at all, I got a toasted sub and the bread wasn't even crispy or even seemed toasted. The bread I got was soggy and old. Seemed like it was just put in the microwave and heated up instead of it being toasted. Service was good but the food itself was very disappointing. Hope they can fix this.
