We had a wonderful experience at this Subway. We are from out of state and here for our grandson's football jamboree. The store was full with a line because a track team that was there. We decided to stay and wait in line. I have to say the two young gentlemen were doing an amazing job with the crowd. They worked fast and were very courteous to everyone they waited on. I wish I could just say thank you and this whole review be understood by those two words alone. Because yesterday I took the family to subway and they were extra busy but thats how you know the food is good, plus they were training a new person. No big deal seeing as everyone starts somewhere. So we wait patiently and got our food, and damn it was every bit as good as I had hoped it would be. Tonight while getting our food, we had quite an experience. The staff were very busy, yet remained attentive and working at a steady and reasonable pace even with a brand new employee. A food delivery person displayed some absolutely unacceptable behavior towards the employees. They asked her a standard, simple question which she refused to answer and then went off on the employee. Corporate really needs to pay attention this store is short staffed and had shortages in produce and didn’t even have pepper.
This place is a joke. One day they take coupons the next day some kid tries to tell me they don't. Not to mention it was disgusting in there. Didn't order any food after looking at the mess.
