I visited this location on April 5th at around 8:15 PM to order a bowl. After informing an employee, I was asked to wait for 10 minutes before placing my order as they needed to prepare bread. Despite complying with the request, I was later informed that they could not fulfill my order at all. This experience was highly unsatisfactory, as the initial delay was followed by an inability to serve me.
