Biggest problem is the language barrier would recommend ordering online so they can understand the order. did the buy 2 subs get one free took 1 person 25 mins to make 3 subs … if I realized it would have been that long I would have walked to no frills and got the ingredients myself !
I just visited this location recently, and I can't comment on the food because I walked out after seeing the state of the food prep area. The cleanliness of this store is abhorrent. I used to work for Subway, and I know their protocol. After customers, you must clean up the work station and remove all food debris, and wipe clean with the appropriate food-safe sanitizer. It was very good, I was able to try a new type of sub, cause sadly they didn’t have tuna. The lady working there was very nice.
If I could put 0 in would, got there at 10am the whole place was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, the staff had an attitude, and laughed when I informed them the bathroom was disgusting then proceeded to hand me a coin to open the other one! Excuse me!? And the music speaker is broken.
Employees must think veggies come out of their paycheque. The lady working this evening was super under portioning the toppings on our subs. No quality control….bun-to-topping ratio was pretty rough. Probably won’t be back to this location! Disappointing!!
