I just had a horrible experience here. First when I went in I waited almost 10 mins for the employee to come to the front. She must have been cleaning in the back or in the washroom. So not a big deal. We are all human. I ordered a turkey sub. When I left the restaurant and got back to my car I went to eat my sub and noticed there was no turkey on my sub. I meant to do this review about 5 days ago! First-time visitor to this location (quebec & oxford). Got a snackwich and a cookie. Hirvita was really great. She was professional, kind and friendly! Food was fresh, cookie was soft and chewy and everything tasted great. Thanks, Hirvita! :)
