I recently ordered their chicken shawarma rice bowl and i’m so disappointed with what i got after spending $18 on it. The bowl was literally half empty and it literally had only 3 pieces of chicken in it. There was just rice and few veggies and that’s it! I mean idk who made the order, i ordered it today (30th March) around 7-7:30 PM. I highly recommend don’t order online from here because this is what you’ll get!
The new guy who worked Saturday 29th March around 9pm is not trained properly. No gloves or beard covering, and gave me very less portions of food. When asked to add more he would barely do it, and seemed like was in a rush to finish the order even when there was no one else in the store. Is that the new subway standard of giving low quality food and service? Very disappointing experience.
Customer service was not that much great. Supervisor made my sub but he was adding very less toppings as I was not going pay full amount. Very bad customer service not going back to that subway.
Ok subs not so nice man (he made my sub that was ok. Don't get mad at him he's he just doing his job.).
