Definitely done ordering from this location! First off, they always mess up the orders, or they are out of ingredients, but now this! Placed an order for pickup up, order goes through, I'm charged. Order is confirmed and says it is being made, then says it is ready. I arrive, and the doors are locked! Its 6:10pm on a Sunday and they are supposed to be open till 8:30pm! This Subway is absolutely terrible. Every time I have ordered from here, my order is incorrect, something is "missing" but I am not told about it until I go to pick up my order, after I have already been charged. Today I placed an order online, waited for it to say my order was ready, only to get to the location and the store was closed. Door locked, lights off, no one inside, although the door said it was open until 8. My card was charged for my food, only to not be available. I will never order from this location again.
Absolutely filthy, always out of several things, and full of little kids climbing on the counters and tables every time I go in, clearly one of the employees children as there are never any other adults in there. I didn't know subway was also a daycare, but that has to be against a health code or something.
Came from out of state and this is the most disgusting, trashy, dingy subway I have ever been too. Don’t even wanna eat the food never coming back here. The worker has her vape and weed on a table and is smoking inside and the trash doesn’t look likes it’s been emptied in days. Flys are buzzing around and the workers made no attempt to clean the place.
Walked in and walked out. The girl behind the counter appeared to be nodding out. She could barely keep her eyes open. That was all I needed to see to make me turn around and go grab a slice from Mark's.
