The employee closing today was absolutely amazing! She was so patient and kind with us even though we placed an order close to closing time mistakenly. The restaurant was really clean & tidy including the bathrooms. Great place to grab a tasty sandwich and awesome customer service.
Accidentally place the order at the wrong store online. Called to let them know, fully aware there was no refund, but just admitting my mistake. Was put on speaker phone and yelled at and kind of shamed, just trying to let them know they can give my sandwiches away that I am fully ok paying for. Didn’t realize I placed an order for a footlong Idiot sandwich with the complimentary crazy Cookie. Good Luck with your sandwiches Sisters, OR.
