Service was immaculate, and the food? Might just be better than THE Gordan Ramsey 100% recommend (unless you’re tasteless)

Went to drive thru asked me if I had mobile order told them no then had me wait. Well I decided to go in but doors were locked then told me they were closed I said but thought you guys didn't close till 9. Then they tried to tell me their system down, but if the system down how they getting mobile orders?
Very unprofessional, this company closes at 9pm it’s no way that I should arrive around 7:45 and wait 40 minutes to get my order taken. I said “ hello “ numerous times and no one replied, I even went to the window and tried to walk in and the doors was closed and I also called and got no answer. Mind you it’s 7:45 and they close at 9. Every time I arrive to this subway it’s always a 20-40 min wait before my order gets took. This is very unprofessional on their end and I do NOT recommend this subway to anyone.
