i ordered on the app and put “extra mayo” and received barley even a dot of it and then they forgot my cookie. so careless

Placed an online order, it didn't show on their end 30 minutes later. I showed them the online order showingbpaid screenshot and all and they refused to make the order I had already placed and paid for online! Even brought up my CC showing it already was charged. Today, I attempted an online order again. 7/20/2025 order placed done. Holy crap 4 shreds of lettuce on a footlong sub we ordered 2, both are the same. Absolutely ridiculous.
