We visited here this evening after an attempt to place our order at the Pershing location left us angry & sour, thanks to a very hostile, rude employee. We were waited on by a lovely gal named Vanessa who made our sandwiches perfectly, and was incredibly warm and gracious. The employees at each location were like night and day...or Jekyll & Hyde I should say. The store was very clean. This will be our only location from now on. Employee acted like it was a customers fault that a water bottle fell from the fridge
Very very poor service. They talk to customers very poorly and rude. They have their kids at the tables while they are working on tablets and there is no where to seat Very poor service I will not be returning and I think you Ned to reevaluate your employees
