Dear Subway Team, I had a disappointing experience with the person at the counter. The staff member, named Lemmy, was quite rude and did not smile or interact politely with customers. He often rushes customers to finish their orders quickly, only to stand idle afterward. Additionally, he did not take my order correctly the first time, and I had to repeat my request multiple times.
