This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I have come in here before only because Subway is closest to me. I have requested many times to use my coupons. Trying to understand what the owner is saying. He will yell to you that he does not take coupons!! This is false advertisement on TV. Why is he let to continually go on with lie after lie. This is not fair to us as the consumers. Fix your boss advertisements!!
I’ve had about enough of this place. The younger employees have an attitude, they don’t keep their condiments in bottles, and apparently now they don’t accept Subway coupons. Management needs to get their heads out of their ASSES, whip their employees into shape, and hold themselves to higher standards. UPDATE: Younger black female employee still has major attitude. No one is even in here and she says it’s going to be “about a 20 minute wait.” Now she’s cleaning instead of serving customers. My advice: FIRE HER.
