Don't know what happened but service is not the same as before. them young grill's act like they don't won't to work management need to get a new staff before their business drop. I am a business owner take my advise hire Middle age people who won'ts to work and who got experience how to treat the customers.
Two young girls there were so kind. I returned to give them business twice in one week.
#75, girl with orange braids, has a sour look on her face as we walked in. I understand we did go in 30 minutes before closing, but that does not mean look at us with a sour look and when we tell you our order to say, "Is that all of the sandwiches?". We only ordered 2 sandwiches, and she was rude to us, didn't say hi, was more concerned about whatever was on her phone behind the little wall they have versus doing her job.
I’ve had about enough of this place. The younger employees have an attitude, they don’t keep their condiments in bottles, and apparently now they don’t accept Subway coupons. Management needs to get their heads out of their ASSES, whip their employees into shape, and hold themselves to higher standards.
