Excellent customer accommodation! I was informed that restrooms weren't public, and that is understandable considering their location. Once I informed the staff I had crohn's I was allowed to use the facilities without any hassle. Thank you .

The Philly beef sandwich is poor. Very little beef. DEFINITELY NOTHING LIKE the photograph. Bread was tough as boot.
Subway is usually a quick easy place to choose however after ordering via the app today I fear this needs to be addressed. I received my sandwich and when I got to my destination to eat, I found my bread to my sub was burnt (as pictured)! I do not order toasted sandwiches, and I did not expect to received burnt bread either! Heads up to make sure they either provide you with fresh bread or just don’t order something with bread!
