I am writing to formally raise a concern about the poor service I experienced at one of your Subway locations. I DONT WANT TO LEAVE A REVIEW BECAUSE YOU CAN READ THIS. On 10/1/205 at 9:28 PM, I placed an online order through the Subway app. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, I was told that it had not been made.
