Didn’t listen to the requests, cold sandwiches when requested toasted, didn’t have order ready for pickup when said it was supposed to be done, didn’t wrap it correctly and was falling out of the wrapper and no sticker to hold wrap.
Amazing sandwiches and amazing experiences
Went to place an order online around 630ish pm on 05/10/2026 and it said the site couldn't be reached. Decided to use the app, placed the order, and then when I went to checkout I could not figure out how to enter a gift card to pay. This lead me to decide to just go ahead and go to the store and just do the "old school" thing by placing my order, stand in line and then use the gift card in store. Apparently they just randomly decide to close down 30-60 min early? Walked in whike the doors were still unlocked more than 30 minutes before their posted store hours and we were told they were closed. Hours don't say so and the doors were unlocked. What do you mean?
