Unfortunately I see this location closing very soon. Literally too many issues to write in a review. To sum it up, no consistency, no customer service, no common sense, not able to read and follow directions, never have the cheddar bread available. Not properly trained, not even sure a manager exists and if they do they 1000% don’t care. If someone cares to reach out I can give more detail.
I don't understand why a person works in a place like this, if you can't acknowledge the customer! I walked in and the guy said hi softly, but the two women said nothing. The lady taking orders just stood there staring at me waiting to take my order. They looked like they lost their best friend, or didn't want to be there. Either way, If you want customers, start greeting your customers and quit with the long/sad face!!
Horrible service
Employees here have zero customer service skills. The gal that made my sandwich didn't say a word to me from start to finish, just gave me an annoyed look the whole time I ordered, the kid that rung me up asked what type of sandwich I had and nothing else, not even the total to pay. The employees seemed too lazy to speak and bothered by someone coming into their establishment.
This is the worst subway I’ve ever been in in my life! I was there the other day and the two girls behind the counter were the rudest people I’ve ever seen! I asked her to make me a sandwich and the girl said I’m going on my break what do you want and I tried to tell her what I wanted and she said I’m waiting. I’m waiting. I’m waiting and I said well.
