It a sub shop, sometimes it's good some times it's ok. Definitely need clearer guidelines on what can and can't be modified.
Have ordered with app 3x’s in a row and the set up is such that they fill online orders as the in coming patrons clear out and if they don’t clear out you won’t get your food made unless you get in line and order it regularly which defeats purpose of ordering online and all three times ended up taking an extra 30min
Canceled a catering order 20 minutes before it was supposed to be picked up. With no warning.
I ordered a couple sandwiches online and took a screenshot saying the order would be ready at one time, went to pick it up at the time, it wasn’t ready.
