My husband put a mobile order in for us. He ordered a Philly steak sandwich and they did not put cheese on it. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch with no onion, and what a surprise to start eating it and find a bunch of onions, as well as olives and pickles that don’t go on that sandwich ? Mine did not have cheese either. We don’t eat out often so it was kinda disappointing to have our order messed up like that.

Wheelchair accessible, good customer service, very friendly, food is excellent, music isn’t too loud. overall no problems.
Until today, I hadn't had subway in many years. Today, I ordered a sandwich, and it was very good. The meat didn't taste like it had 2 cups of salt in it (that's a huge plus). The person making my sandwich was nice, but alternated between touching my food and the cash register. I understand time is often in play in all decisions, but basic health and hygiene require a person to finish handling my food before touching the register.
