We were in town for a softball tournament. Went in person one day. Food was ok, but service is slow/understaffed. Next day we ordered ahead and when it was supposed to be ready and we arrived, they hadn't even started it. My chicken wrap had bones in the chicken still. Nasty. One sandwich didn't have mayo we ordered. Why do you guys not participate in promotions or rewards? It's so stupid. You would make more money of i could spend my rewards or get promotions. Instead I just go to jimmy johns.
My husband went in last week and got a 6 inch Philly. The person taking his order wasn’t friendly , the manager was ask to cook the Philly extra and didn’t , it was cold , my husband only took a couple bites and threw it away . He called and left messages for a call back from the Subway office . He’s never heard anything back, so I wanted to let you know that your customer service is horrible , you show people how a business is run by having a Manager that can handle customer complaints, apologize & fix the problem .
