Review for Arianna – Subway, 19th & S. Santa Fe, Moore, OK I must brag on Arianna! We spoke on a Friday evening before my son’s baby shower. I completely forgot to place my food order that night — it slipped my mind, then i realized what i had not done yet, around 9 PM. The next morning, to my surprise, Arianna personally texted me to make sure my order had gone through because she couldn’t find it online. Her timing was absolutely perfect! Not a terrible store, it’s crazy people don’t understand the reason why they don’t take coupons. It’s a Franchise so they have the right to take it or not. But my only issue with this store is a lack of urgency. They move so slowww! But customer service is great.
